Biography:

Lance always knew that no matter what career path he went down that it would be one to help better others lives. Lance combined his passion for functional fitness and his B.S. in Exercise Science to become the best trainer possible, to help others lead healthier, happier lives. Lance now holds many different certifications such as ACSM Exercise Physiologist, ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist, USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Coach, CF Level 1 Coach, and CFL Movement & Mobility. While in college, Lance spent over 500 hours working as a physical therapy aide. He uses what he has learned in school and in the clinic to help people recover faster from injuries. Lance is very good at screening people for potential injuries, and helping them with mobility to reduce the risk. Lance is a firm believer that true fitness will put your body in a ready state, which means that no matter the conditions, your body will be ready to perform any task asked of it. He has trained people at every level, from those who have no exercise experience to Olympic level athletes, to 90 year olds dealing with Parkinson’s Disease. Health and fitness is not always easy or convenient. With that, his mission is to help make fitness and wellness more approachable for everyone. Lance is also continuing his education with the pursuit of his tactical strength and conditioning certification.
