My entire life I’ve played sport ranging from basketball, football, wrestling and track. I found strength and conditioning training early in high school as an off season training in between football and track season. I started my freshman year but I focused on sports specific training and moved to all around fitness my sophomore year. I knew then that this would be a career path for me and as my high school graduation present I took the level 1 CrossFit course. I now attend school as kinesiology major and have racked up other certificates such as the USA Weightlifting level 1 and CrossFit Football.
