Lance always knew that no matter what career path he went down that it would be one to help better others lives. Lance combined his passion for functional fitness and his B.S. in Exercise Science to become the best trainer possible, to help others lead healthier happier lives. Lance now holds many different certifications such as ACSM Exercise Physiologist, ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist, USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and CrossFit Movement & Mobility. While in college Lance spent over 500 hours working as a Physical Therapy Aide. He uses what he has learned in school and in the clinic to help people recover faster from injuries. Lance is very good at screening people for potential injuries, and helping them with mobility to reduce the risk of injury. Lance is a firm believer that true fitness will put your body in a ready state, which means that no matter the conditions your body will be ready to preform any task asked of it.
