This program focuses on developing strength with an emphasis on technique. Proper technique is always more beneficial than a heavy load with bad form. The EGSC Weightlifting Program develops strength by utilizing such movements as the Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press. All Skill levels are welcome.
